for the beginning of this is everything it's palm muted and the strumming pattern is just down eight times for each chord. then when the song builds up it changes to no palm muting and the strumming pattern is D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-U and then D onto the next chord. i've never tried to explain a strumming pattern myself before so sorry if this doesn't help at all :') haha

Ohh thanks! I kinda got confused because of some of the chords & the strings being held down. I couldn’t tell in the video if she was strumming all the strings or it kinda looked like she was strumming the first two or three & if there were any up & down patterns. I’m new at this, this is the first song I’m learning so I hope I don’t sound weird when I don’t know which strings to
strum lol
